Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This policy describes how Hit One (“we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you sign up for early access to Heater at our waitlist landing page.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we receive information needed to create and recognize your account, such as:

  • Email address, if you sign in with email
  • Basic profile details from Google or X (Twitter), if you choose those sign-in options
  • A unique account identifier assigned by our authentication provider

Sign-in is handled by Privy, our authentication partner. Privy processes your login according to its own privacy policy. We receive the account information Privy shares with us so we can manage the waitlist.

How we use it

We use waitlist information to:

  • Confirm that you joined the list and show your signed-in status on this site
  • Contact you about Heater early access, launches, and related product updates
  • Operate, secure, and improve the waitlist experience

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data while you remain on the list or while we need it for the purposes above. You can sign out on the site at any time. To ask us to delete your waitlist data, contact us (see below).

Cookies and local storage

This site and our sign-in provider may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in and to run authentication securely. Your browser may also store a small local record so returning visits can show your waitlist status before sign-in finishes loading.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us run the waitlist (including Privy). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Your choices

You can sign out from the waitlist page. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message we send, or by emailing us. Deleting waitlist data does not automatically delete your Privy account; refer to Privy for account-level requests.

Children

The waitlist is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
